Rosehips(Rosa canina) are the dried fruits of the Wild Dog Rose. Rosehips are one of the richest plant sources of Vitamin C. Rosehips also contain Vitamins A, D, and E, essential fatty acids and antioxidants. They also contain Iron which is essential for preventing anaemia.
